Norman Yousif Guides Off The Charts Growth with Miramar Body and Mind Acquisition

At Off The Charts, we’re proud to share another exciting milestone in our journey of growth. Under the leadership of our CEO, Norman Yousif, we have officially welcomed the Body and Mind dispensary in Miramar into the Off The Charts family. Located at 7625 Carroll Rd, this 3,000-square-foot shop has been a trusted part of the local cannabis community, supported by a dedicated team of nine employees. We’re keeping the entire staff on board and are also adding one of our own team members to ensure a smooth transition.

“We’re keeping on board the entire team and wanted to make sure the excellent service they’ve been providing continues without interruption,” Yousif shared. “They had a great team, and we wanted to continue the service aspect they’ve so ably done.”

Growing Our Presence in San Diego County

The addition of our Miramar location reflects Off The Charts’ continued commitment to serving communities across San Diego County. Earlier this year, we opened new stores in Lemon Grove and National City, with even more exciting growth ahead. With Miramar now part of our family and a new Mission Valley location set to open soon, Off The Charts will soon have seven stores proudly serving the region.

Speaking about the expansion, Norman Yousif emphasized his personal connection to the community:
“San Diego is my home - and we’re thrilled to join the thriving cannabis community in Miramar.”

Looking Ahead

Our Mission Valley location on Banks Street is expected to open soon, and more dispensaries are planned over the next 12 months. These steps are part of our vision to expand thoughtfully, while staying true to our promise of quality cannabis, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service.

Off The Charts was founded on a mission of community, care, and quality. Whether you’re an experienced cannabis enthusiast or exploring it for the first time, our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and knowledgeable environment. With the addition of Body and Mind Miramar, we’re proud to continue building on that mission and serving even more customers across Southern California.
